 Welcome to Riverside Heights Civic Association! RHCA represents the residents of Riverside Heights, a quiet neighborhood of 1400 homes just north of downtown Tampa. From MLK to Columbus, from Boulevard to the Hillsborough River, our shady, brick-paved streets are lined with homes representing a diverse range of architectural styles--1920's bungalows, midcentury ranches, and modern stucco houses.
